Crepes

  1. For Crepe Batter, combine all ingredients and mix to a lumpy, runny consistency.
  2. Fruit Filling:
  3. Dissolve 1/2 C of sugar and 1/2 C of water. Heat until dissolved. Mash in some fruit into the sugar water.
  4. Mix separately another 1/2 cup water and 3 TBS cornstarch. Add to warm sugar water and bring to a boil and heat until liquid becomes clear. remove from heat and add fresh/thawed fruit.
  5. Heat a greased crepe pan or equivalent on high. Ladle in some batter to cover pan. (more batter will make the crepe thicker). Flip once.
  6. Make crepes with fruit mixture, chopped nuts and yogurt...
