Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake
- 1pkg of some type of fat free chewy chocolate cookie,
- 2 8oz.pkgs. of fat free creamcheese bricks,
- 3 egg whites or use any fat
- free egg substitute equivalent,
- 3Tbs of chocolate powder,
- 1/2c sugar or more to taste,
- 1 12oz. bag of bittersweet chocolate chips
- In a 6" springform pan, crumble up the cookies in a food processor and fill the bottom of the pan. Press down the crumbled cookies to form a crust in the pan.
- Blend in a food processor the creamcheese,egg whites (or egg substitute),chocolate powder,and sugar.
- Pour 1/2 layer of the creamcheese mixture over the cookies.
- Add a layer of bittersweet chocolate chips.
- Repeat these steps 2 times total.
- Bake at 325 for 1hr15minutes.
