Chicken Nachos
- For Layers:
- 2 bags of nachos
- 2 chicken filets, cooked and shredded
- 3/4 cup of grated cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 3/4 cup union
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- For Guacamole:
- 2 avocados
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped union
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- For Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 large cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- To make the sauce:
- Chop the garlic. Add mix the Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Garlic and chili.
- For the Guacamole:
- Peel the avocado and take out the pit and mash the avocados with a fork. Mix the tomato, union and lemon juice through the avocados.
- For the Layers:
- Take a big platter and put the nachos on it. Add the chicken over the nachos. The add the cheese over the top and put it in the microwave until the cheese has melted. Then layer the sauce over the cheese. Mix the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and union and put that over the sauce. Not add the guacamole and you're done.
