Turkey Burgers

  1. 1. Place turkey in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form two patties and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a Pam-sprayed saute pan on medium and place formed turkey patties on pan.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small saute pan. Add sliced Spanish onion and cover until translucent. Increase heat and uncover. Keep onions moving to prevent burning and continue cooking until caramelized.
  4. 4. Smash avocado with a fork. Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
  5. 5. Remove turkey patties once cooked through. Place on bun, top with guacamole and caramelized onion. Add a healthy helping of ketchup as desired.
