Clay'S Spicy Broccoli

  1. Heat up 2 T Sunflower oil on high heat
  2. Chop up a toe of garlic and 2 small dry spicy red peppers (bird's eye chilis), 1 t regular salt, and throw in the pan
  3. Add 1 red bell pepper (chopped) saute until nearly al dente (3 minutes)
  4. Add 1 large head of broccoli chopped for 5-10 min until al dente (put the broccoli stalks in before the florettes, as they take much longer to cook)
  5. Add sesame oil, about 2 t, and 1 T soy sauce
  6. Put in 1/3 cup chopped ginger, toss for one minute. Take off heat
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds 1 T and Maldon sea salt on top and add fresh cracked pepper
