Clay'S Spicy Broccoli
- Broccoli 1 head
- Red Bell Pepper 1
- Sunflower Oil 2 T
- Sesame Oil 2 t
- Soy Sauce 1 T
- Garlic 1 toe, fine dice
- Ginger 1/3 cup, fine dice
- Sesame Seeds 1 T
- Heat up 2 T Sunflower oil on high heat
- Chop up a toe of garlic and 2 small dry spicy red peppers (bird's eye chilis), 1 t regular salt, and throw in the pan
- Add 1 red bell pepper (chopped) saute until nearly al dente (3 minutes)
- Add 1 large head of broccoli chopped for 5-10 min until al dente (put the broccoli stalks in before the florettes, as they take much longer to cook)
- Add sesame oil, about 2 t, and 1 T soy sauce
- Put in 1/3 cup chopped ginger, toss for one minute. Take off heat
- Sprinkle sesame seeds 1 T and Maldon sea salt on top and add fresh cracked pepper
