Seafood Gumbo

  1. In a large skillet or large cooking pot, saute chopped onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in 1/3 to 1/2 cup chicken broth. Add tomatoes and okra.
  2. Heat to simmer.
  3. Add 5 cups chicken broth and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
