Ohio Swiss Cheese Chops(An Amish Recipe)

  1. Combine ingredients in order listed, except for 1 1/2 cups crumbs.
  2. Shape into "chops" about 2/3 inch thick.
  3. Coat with reserved crumbs on both sides.
  4. Fry in nonstick skillet, using margarine or oil, on low heat until golden brown on both sides. These can be shaped and frozen for later use.
  5. Makes 10 servings.
