Nancy'S Beans
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans, drained
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can lima beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 large (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can green beans, drained
- Saute sausage, celery and onions in a frying pan until the pork is fully crumbled and browned. Remove any excess grease. Mix together with the brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, tomato soup, pork and beans and tomato sauce. Toss other 4 cans of drained beans and put in an ovenproof casserole (lasagne pan size). Pour over sausage mixture and gently mix, being careful not to smash beans. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
