Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F Oil a large baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Whisk together first five ingredients until very smooth. Whisk together remaining ingredients.
  3. Combine.
  4. Shape batter into cookie shape on prepared baking sheet. These don't spread out at all when baking.
  5. Bake for 9 minutes.
  6. Remove sheet from oven, and wait 10 minutes before transferring cookies to a plate or wire rack.
