Buffalo Salad
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 4-5 bnls sknls chicken breast
- butter
- tony chachere's creole seasoning
- hot sauce of your choice
- chunky blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 clove of fresh garlic (your choice)
- First you pull your lettuce apart to rinse and drain, set aside. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes and sprinkle with the creole seasoning. Don't over season but be sure that all the chicken has seasoning on it. Put 1/2 -3/4 stick of butter in pan and melt until bubbling and toss chicken in pan and saute' with garlic if you choose .A couple of minutes before done pour the hot sauce over the chicken and cook for just a couple of minutes so the flavors can mix.
- Turn pan off and set to the side. After the lettuce has drained well toss with which ever dressing you have chosen and the celerey, pour into long glass pan and then pour chicken on top of the lettuce.
