Thai Noodles
- 1 package whole wheat linguini
- 8 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I think...it's around 1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp chili garlic paste
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- Handful of cilantro chopped up
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- cook the linguini, strain it, and toss it with a tbsp of sesame oil.
- Saute the garlic, ginger and green onions in another tbsp of sesame oil. Just a couple minutes on medium heat.
- Add the vinegar, honey, soy sauce, peanut butter and hot sauces and simmer for a few mintues. Then just pour the sauce over the noodles and
- mix it up with the shredded carrots and bean sprouts. Top with the chopped cilantro.
