Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup peanut butter plus 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup PB2 plus 1/4 cup water, mixed together
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of stevia
- a pinch or two of salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- A Heat oven to 350Au0b0. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- A Grind the garbanzo beans down in a mixer/food processor
- A Combine all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl and thoroughly mix by hand until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- A Using a 1/4-cup scoop, portion out dough into 11 rounds on baking sheet. Lightly press down on cookies to flatten.
- A Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
