Philly-Steak With Hoisin Sauce

  2. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 2tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil. Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. 2. Sautee onions with 2tbsp oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. 3. Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1/2-inch thick.
  5. 4. Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion.
  6. 5. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
