Philly-Steak With Hoisin Sauce
- Ingredients:
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 whole onion , thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 pound top sirloin steak , thinly cut
- 4 pieces french rolls
- 2 tablespoons Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (Pure)
- Direction:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 2tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil. Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes.
- 2. Sautee onions with 2tbsp oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
- 3. Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1/2-inch thick.
- 4. Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion.
- 5. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
