Seafood Surprise

  1. Melt butter in electric frying pan.
  2. Set at 250u0b0.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Add milk gradually; stir until smooth. Add milk gradually; stir until smooth.
  5. Add Worcestershire and marjoram.
  6. Continue cooking until thickened.
  7. Add crab, shrimp, mushrooms and their liquid and olives.
  8. Heat through (10 to 15 minutes).
  9. Serve over the toasted English muffins; sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
