Grilled Pizzas

  1. Combine 2 cups biscuit mix and water, stirring to make a soft dough.
  2. Turn out onto a surface dusted with remaining biscuit mix; roll dough to coat and shape into a ball, kneading gently five times.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions; pat each portion into a 5-inch circle.
  4. Cover grill rack with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place circles on foil; cook over medium-hot (350u0b0 to 400u0b0) for 8 minutes.
  5. Turn over; top with pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Cover with foil coated with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are brown and cheese melts.
