Magnificent Meatballs
- 4 pounds ground turkey (preferably all white meat)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoonful garlic salt
- 2 teaspoonfuls onion powder
- Freshly ground black pepper (approx. 1 teaspoon)
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 32 ounce bottle of ketchup
- 32 ounce jar of grape jelly
- Preheat over to 350u0b0. Mix all meatball ingredients well. Make meatballs the size you prefer and place on a cookie sheet to bake. Bake in preheated oven until slightly brown.
- (At the point you can cool on cookie sheet and then place cookie sheet with meatballs into freezer, and when meatballs are frozen-remove and place into freezer bags and use later).
- To make Magnificent Meatballs-either start with freshly baked turkey meatball or use your prepared and frozen meatballs. Place prepared turkey meatballs into a crock-pot and pour one 32 ounce bottle of ketchup and one 32 ounce jar of grape jelly over top of turkey meatballs. Turn crock-pot on low and cook for 4 hours (or 5 hours for frozen meatballs) and turn slow-cooker to warm to hold. Serve with toothpicks!
