Turkey Tetrazzini
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 1 can celery soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. sliced turkey (leftover)
- 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- Break spaghetti into 2-inch pieces.
- Cook according to package directions. Rinse with hot water.
- Combine soup and milk in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add spaghetti, all but 2/3 cup cheese, turkey, mushrooms, onion, salt, pepper, pimento and black olives.
- Toss gently.
- Pour mixture into lightly greased baking pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese melts.
