  1. 1. Cook chicken with taco seasoning according to packet directions and immediately place in fridge to cool.
  2. 2. Combine ingredients for dressing in food processor.
  3. 3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, add chicken, dressing and toss.
  4. 4. Serve with lime wedge and tortillas.
