Szechwan Spicy Chicken

  1. 1.tut chicken into cubes diagonally. Add salt, flour. Egg the chicken and dredge through the flour mixture.
  2. 2.teat oil in Wok, deep fry chicken 1-2 minutes. Drain. Remove.
  3. 3.teheat 2 tablespoons oil in Wok, stir fry onion, scallions and ginger one minute. Add catsup, stock and sugar, Bring to a boil.
  4. 4.tour in Chicken. Add Sherry and chili paste with garlic. Stir fry briskly one minute.
