Turkey-Vegetable Saute(Low-Fat)

  1. Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add turkey; saute 5 minutes. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients; saute 30 seconds.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; cook an additional minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Serve warm.
