Dietetic Applesauce Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray loaf pan with Pam.
  3. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  4. In large bowl with mixer on high speed, beat margarine and Twin sugar substitute until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in egg until blended.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture; beat until combined. Add applesauce; beat until blended.
  7. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour batter in pan.
  8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  10. Let cool completely.
