Mexican Casserole

  1. Cook spices, onion and hamburger meat together until well browned; drain and add corn, Spanish rice and beans.
  2. Mix well and place in casserole dish with cover.
  3. Heat in a 350u0b0 oven just until cheese is
  4. melted thoroughly.
  5. Stir melted cheese into mixture well, then add remaining shredded cheese on top, covering fully.
  6. Heat again until mixture has cheese melted thoroughly on top.
  7. Serve with Mexican-style corn chips.
  8. This can be frozen for future meals.
