Graham Streusel Cake
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. cake mix
- 1 c. water
- Vanilla Glaze
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Generously grease and flour oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
- Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter; reserve.
- Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium speed, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
- Pour 1/2 of the batter (about 2 1/2 cups) into pan; sprinkle with half of the reserved crumb mixture.
- Spread remaining batter evenly over crumb mix; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Cool.
- Drizzle cake with Vanilla Glaze.
