Lemon Cranberry White Chocolate Scones

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2. In a bowl or mixer, mix together buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, and egg.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. 4. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with pastry cutter or two knives.
  5. 5. Mix in cranberries and white chocolate into flour mixture.
  6. 6. Add flour mixture into buttermilk mixture, stirring until combined.
  7. 7. Place dough on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form into a 9-10 inch circle.
  8. 8. Bake 22-25 minutes or until center is cooked.
  9. 9. After removing from oven, take a pizza cutter and cut into 8-12 triangles.
  10. 10. While scones are cooling, prepare glaze by mixing it all together in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Drizzle over scones and ENJOY!
