Easy Strudel
- 2 c. flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 5 tsp. white vinegar
- crushed graham crackers
- grated apples
- sugar
- cinnamon
- flour
- chopped nuts
- bits of butter
- Mix flour and margarine together; set aside.
- Then mix egg yolks, vinegar and water together.
- Add this to flour and margarine.
- Add a little more flour as needed.
- Cut dough into three pieces and chill overnight or at least two hours.
- Roll dough fairly thin on lightly floured board.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers; next with grated apples, then sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and a little flour, chopped nuts and bits of butter. Roll like a jelly roll.
- Bake at 375u0b0 on ungreased baking sheet about 30 minutes.
