Broiled Salmon With Sweet Soy And Wasabi

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together and marinate salmon filets in a ziplock bag for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Place salmon under the broiler about 4 inches away for 10 minutes for a pink center and 12 for a fully cooked fish.
  3. Warm the rest of the marinate from the ziplock bag with a 2 table spoons of water on a stove to thicken it.
  4. Drizzle this on the fish after plating.
