Macjack Csa(Lad)
- 4 bundle Romaine Lettuce (Leafy tops cut off) and hearts sliced thin
- 3 pieces Carrots (halved and sliced thin)
- 12 pieces Brussel sprouts (sliced thin)
- 1 piece Red Onion OR Shallots (halved and sliced thin)
- 3 ear Ears of corn (kernels sliced off)
- 2 cups Red Cabbage (cut lengthwise and sliced thin)
- 2 cups Green Cabbage (cut lengthwise and sliced thin)
- 2 pieces Summer Squash / Zucchini (quartered and sliced thin)
- 1.5 cup Sliced Almonds (toasted)
- 1 cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
- .5 cups *OPTIONAL* dried cranberries
- Cut everything up, put it in a large ziploc bag with a folded paper towel on the bottom
- Squeeze the air out and place in the fridge
