Soft Garlic Knots

  1. Dough- Place ingreds in bread machine or mixer till you have a smooth elastic dough. Let rise till double in bulk, 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a rope about 10 inches long. Tie each into a loose knot. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and let rise, covered for 45 mins till puffy.
  3. Bake the knots in a preheated 350 oven for 15-18 mins they should be set and only very lightly browned. Remove from the oven and brush or drizzle with seasoned oil.
