Heidi'S Favorite Cookies

• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 2 1/4 cups Bread Flour
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tblsp milk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• A couple of sheets of parchment paper, cookie baking sheets, #20 Ice cream scooper.

1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix together in a seperate bowl flour, salt and soda.
2. Melt butter in sauce pan. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Incorporate egg, egg yolk, vanilla and milk.
3. Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Fold in chips and chill dough for at least 1 hour.
4. use a #20 Ice cream scooper to dish the cookies, 6 to a cookie sheet. Bake cookies on parchment paper for 14 minutes.
