Tough Love Dip

  1. Cook/fry meat until done. Saute veggies in meat if there is enough liquid/fat (in olive oil if not). Add veggies to meat.
  2. When cooked add chili, oregano, cumin, and mix. Then sift flour over the top and mix in for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Assemble in baking dish alternating layers of the mixture and a layer of thick slices of Velvetta until all is used.
  4. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes (until mixture is bubbling/in corning ware, covered casserole), stir and serve with cup shaped corn chips.
