Black & Blue Cobbler

  1. Process pecans thru butter until smooth. Add milk.
  2. Press into baking pan.
  3. Top with berries.
  4. Thoroughly mix sugar thru ginger.
  5. Add juice mixture.
  6. Spread on top of berries.
  7. Combine cream and sugar.
  8. Brush on topping.
  9. Bake 375 25 min.
  10. Loosely cover with foil. Bake 15 min.
  11. Remove foil and cool 20 min.
  12. Top with Whipped Cream
