Oriental Beef And Peppers

  1. Cut steak cross-grain into very thin slices.
  2. Heat 10-inch browning dish in microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons oil, bell peppers and onion; mix well.
  4. Microwave, covered with glass lid, on High for 3 minutes, stirring once. Remove vegetables from browning dish; set aside.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons oil and steak to browning dish; stir to coat well.
  6. Arrange in even layer in browning dish.
  7. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
  8. Add mixture of soy sauce, water, cornstarch, ginger and pepper sauce; mix well. Add vegetables.
  9. Microwave, covered, on High for 2 minutes, stirring once.
  10. Serve over fluffy rice.
  11. Yields 4 servings.
