Italian Stuff Meatloaf
- chop meat 3lbs
- tomato sauce can (2 8oz cans)
- bread crumbs flavored
- eggs 2
- fresh garlic 2-3 cloves
- mozz cheese 16oz pkg
- worcshire sauce (to taste)
- organo 2tbls
- grated parm cheese 1/2 cup
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- prepare mixture with all ingredients except 1 can tomato sauce and mozz cheese.
- mix together and form 2 seperate batches. mold first batch of meat into an oval and make a well (this is to put the cheese into) fill well with thin sliced ot shredded mozz cheese. take the second batch of meat and form this into an oval slightly larger than the first. Cover the stuffed meat lapping over and sealing the loaf. Pour the other can of tomato sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle worcshire over the top. Bake covered with tin foil for 1hr at 375. Uncover for 1/2 hr. Let sit for 15min to let the cheese settle. Slice about 1 inch thick pieces. This dish is even better the next day warmed up.
