Reagan'S Plum Chicken
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup frozen lemonade
- 1/2 cup bottled plum sauce
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- sesame seeds
- In skillet, cook chicken 10 minutes in oil. Remove and place in baking dish. Drain skillet and keep 1 tablespoon of whatever is left. Brown onion, garlic, ginger, til tender. For the sauce, stir everything else together in bowl, and then pour in skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 5 minutes. When sauce is finished, pour on top of chicken. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Best served with browned rice.
