Upside-Down Pizza
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce flavored with meat
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
- Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
- In 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and sausage until meat is browned, stirring to separate meat.
- Spoon off fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- On floured surface, press dough into a 10-inch round; place over meat mixture in skillet.
- Gently tuck edge of dough between mixture and side of skillet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
- To serve, invert onto serving platter.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.
