Sesame Chicken Salad

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rub chicken breast halves with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Place in broiler pan without rack.
  3. Place in broiler at closest position to heat.
  4. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pierced.
  5. Cool chicken until easy to handle.
