Cherry Yum Yum
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T. sugar, separated
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip
- 1/2 c. lowfat or skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 8 oz pkg. lowfat cream cheese, softened
- 1 can reduced sugar cherry pie filling
- For crust:
- Mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1 T. sugar and melted butter; press onto bottom and sides of regular pie pan. Set aside.
- For filling:
- Mix pkg of Dream Whip, remaining 2 T. sugar, vanilla, and milk in bowl and whip according to package directions. Add package of cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread filling onto crust.
- Spoon cherry pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture, smoothing over with back of spoon to completely cover. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of graham crackers over top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
