Sausage Bean Casserole
- 1 pound mild bulk sausage
- 1 can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can pork & beans, undrained
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) baby lima beans, cooked to package directions drained
- 1 can cut wax beans, drained
- 1 can cut green beans, drained
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter till soft.
- Lightly saute sausage.
- Stir all beans, along with onions, celery and mushrooms into sausage mix. Stir in 2 tablespoons prepared mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 can
- tomato soup. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
