Sausage Bean Casserole

  1. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter till soft.
  2. Lightly saute sausage.
  3. Stir all beans, along with onions, celery and mushrooms into sausage mix. Stir in 2 tablespoons prepared mustard, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 can
  4. tomato soup. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
