Spicey Thai Drummettes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Whisk together in large bowl, the chili garlic sauce and honey. Then add the remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing in each individual ingredient before adding the next ingredient. Once all wet ingredients are combined, toss in meat and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes or as long as 24 hours in the refrigerator. Then pour into a large shallow baking pan that will allow the meat to be in a single layer. Bake until meat is thoroughly cooked (approximately 1 hour) and the sauce is a sticky glaze.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with finely chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
