Dorito Chili Casserole Dip
- 1 lg 13-oz bag of Doritos. Save 2 cups for Casserole topping.
- 2 TBSP Onion, grated
- 1-10 oz can of chili with beans
- 10-15 oz Enchilada Sauce
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Topping ingredients:
- 2 c Doritos
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1-1/4 c sour cream
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crumble 6 C doritos in mixing bowl
- Add onion, chili, enchilada & tomato sauces, and 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese to the crumbled doritos.
- Stir with rubber spatula to combine. Place mixture into an 8-1/2 x 11" casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven. Spread sour cream, over top and spread with spoon. Top with remaining doritos, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c cheese.
- Bake another 5 minutes and serve.
