Grilled Eye Of Round Steak
- 2 Eye of Round Boneless Steaks, fat removed
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 500g pkg Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper, sliced
- 2 cups Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Gently tenderize the beef steaks with a meat mallet. Prepare the marinade in a bowl: Italian Dressing, Water, Salt, Pepper. Place Beef Steaks in a 2" deep flat container. Lay on top the sliced Onions, Mushrooms, and Peppers. Pour the marinade mix over the meat and vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate over night. Before grilling, preheat the grill to about 400 F and then place the steaks in the middle of your grilling rack. Cook to your preferred taste: rare, medium, well. While grilling, place the vegetables in a foil pan and saute, to serve along with the steaks. May be served with a fresh garden salad and dinner roll.
