Spicyrice With Blk Beans Sweet Corn,Rd Peppers
- 2-1/2 cups wht rice
- 4 1/2 cups of chicken broth water..
- 1 TB salt
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- aji found in Import stores or online ( Peruvian HOT spicy tasty pepper sauce )
- 4 pcs of onion sliced in rings (thin)
- 1/4 cup sweet corn lt can no juice!!!
- 2 tbs of red peppers
- 1/4 cup of black beans w/o the juice you may rinse if needed.
- 1 tbs olive oil/ 1/4 tsp butter
- ok this is simple TRUST me heh..
- Turn the pan to Med/High
- Add you olive oil let it get hot about 30 secs. add garlic and take the pan of the stove. move it around with a wooden spoon return to heat and ad the peppers(peruvian & red peppers) and your onions ad

- add your rice
- IMPORTANT the perfection of rice
- (NEVER USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FORK AND DON'T STIR BUT ONCE!)
- stir in quickly blending poking actionturn heat down to med..add chicken broth water beans, you will know if its enough watever its gonna be submerged by a thumb length in water or stick your wooden spoonin the middle if it stays straight u are fine!!
- cover with a a little breathing room HEAT AT MEDIUM
- ok leave the rice ALONE FOR 8 MINS. come back
- open lid, water should be absorbed , add olive oil 1 tbs, fluff with fork set to medlow
- cover and leave it alone for 5 mins come back and serve...
