Spicyrice With Blk Beans Sweet Corn,Rd Peppers

  1. ok this is simple TRUST me heh..
  2. Turn the pan to Med/High
  3. Add you olive oil let it get hot about 30 secs. add garlic and take the pan of the stove. move it around with a wooden spoon return to heat and ad the peppers(peruvian & red peppers) and your onions ad
  4. packet of Sason Goya the orange stuff in the mexican isle
  5. *ad butter*
  6. add your rice
  7. IMPORTANT the perfection of rice
  8. (NEVER USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FORK AND DON'T STIR BUT ONCE!)
  9. stir in quickly blending poking actionturn heat down to med..add chicken broth water beans, you will know if its enough watever its gonna be submerged by a thumb length in water or stick your wooden spoonin the middle if it stays straight u are fine!!
  10. cover with a a little breathing room HEAT AT MEDIUM
  11. ok leave the rice ALONE FOR 8 MINS. come back
  12. open lid, water should be absorbed , add olive oil 1 tbs, fluff with fork set to medlow
  13. cover and leave it alone for 5 mins come back and serve...
