Thai Beef Stir Fry
- Beef
- 3 oz beef tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- Stir-Fry
- 1/4 green onion (chopped)
- 4 broccoli florets
- 4 slices yellow peppers
- 1/8 cup bean sprouts
- 8 snow peas
- 1/4 celery stick (sliced)
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 3 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine beef marinade in a non-reactive bowl, add beef and marinate for 2 hours. Grill (marking on both sides) and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice steak into 1/2-inch slices. Saute vegetables together. Add steak to grilled vegetables and serve.
