Organic Fettuccine With Creamy Sundried Tomato Goat Cheese Sauce
- 2 bag Three Bridges Organic Fettuccine
- 1 cup Sundried tomatoes, air dried (not oil packed) thinly sliced
- 1 cup Goat Cheese
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Thyme (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
- Cook the Three Bridges Organic Fettuccini according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water and while hot pour over the sundried tomato slices and let them get soft.
- Heat a large saute pan over medium heat, add in the olive oil, garlic, thyme and red pepper chili flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Add in the goat cheese and the sundried tomato with the water and stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Add in the cooked Three Bridges Organic Fettuccini and toss to combine and evenly coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Divide evenly into 4 dishes.
- Serve and Enjoy.
