Pan-Fried Fish Fillets With Apple Mayonnaise

  1. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing last 3 ingredients. Refrigerate.
  2. Wash and pat fish pieces dry.
  3. Mix dark and light soy sauce in medium dish. Add fish pieces and coat evenly.
  4. In a medium skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Coat fish pieces with corn starch, shake off excess, and put into skillet one by one.
  6. Fry both side of fish fillets until full cooked.
  7. Serve fish fillets with dipping sauce.
