Sweet And Spicy Haddock Explosions
- 6 Haddock filets, 6 oz. portions
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
- 1 cup Snow pea julienned
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper julienned
- 4 oz. Dry white wine
- 1 tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Alouette Sweet and Spicy Pepper Medley Spreadable Cheese
- 6 Sheets parchment paper 12x8 inches
- Heat oven to 425u0b0F.
- Place 6 sheets of parchment paper on flat surface.
- Fold each sheet in half to form a crease and reopen.
- Place one piece of Haddock filet in the center of the parchment paper on one side of the crease.
- Divide and spread Alouette Sweet and Spicy Pepper Medley Spreadable Cheese over each one of the filets.
- Top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
- Top the filets with the julienne of vegetables and a little white wine.
- Fold the parchment paper along the crease over the prepared fish filets and begin folding open ends. Overlap folds as you move along. Once you reach the end, tip and twist several times to secure tightly.
- Bake in the oven for 10 -12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve while fish is still hot. Open parchment carefully as to not burn yourself.
