Apricot Jello Dessert

• 1 large box orange Jell-O
• 2 c. hot water
• 2 c. cold water
• No. 2 can drained pineapple
• 2 bananas
• 2 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. pineapple juice
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 well beaten egg
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 pkg. Dream Whip
• 1 c. chopped pecans

1. Mix Jell-O and water; let cool.
2. Add pineapple, sliced bananas and marshmallows to Jell-O mixture.
3. Refrigerate and let set. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg and flour until thick.
4. Add cream cheese; stir until smooth.
5. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions; fold into cooked mixture.
6. Remove Jell-O from refrigerator and spread cooked mixture over Jell-O.
7. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
8. Refrigerate.
