Apricot Jello Dessert
- 1 large box orange Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 c. cold water
- No. 2 can drained pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 well beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Mix Jell-O and water; let cool.
- Add pineapple, sliced bananas and marshmallows to Jell-O mixture.
- Refrigerate and let set. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg and flour until thick.
- Add cream cheese; stir until smooth.
- Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions; fold into cooked mixture.
- Remove Jell-O from refrigerator and spread cooked mixture over Jell-O.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate.
