Spinach, Mushroom And Herbed Goat Cheese Dip

  1. Process minced garlic, rosemary and goat cheese in food processor until thoroughly combined. Set aside. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining garlic and onion to butter and saute about 8 minutes or until just slightly browned. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, bacon, goat cheese mixture and cheddar cheese and mix until well blended. Serve warm with hearty crackers.
