Stuffed Manicotti

  1. Chop all seasoning.
  2. Remove sausage from casing and combine with beef.
  3. Brown well in skillet.
  4. Add chopped seasoning.
  5. Saute. Remove from heat.
  6. Add Romano cheese.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Cook manicotti according to directions.
  9. Add 3 raw eggs to the cooked meat.
  10. Add Italian breadcrumbs.
  11. Mix, then stuff manicotti.
  12. Arrange in a baking dish.
  13. Add your favorite Italian red gravy.
  14. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  15. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
