10 Minute Tomato Soup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 7 ounces tomato puree
- Salt, pepper
- Handful of fidelini
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Dash of curcuma
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1. Bring olive oil to medium heat in medium heavy pot.
- 2. Add flour, mix. Add garlic. Mix well.
- 3. Remove from heat and pour in water. Mix well.
- 4. Return pot to heat. Add tomato puree. Stir. Bring to boil stirring frequently. Add salt/pepper.
- 5. Drop in fidelini, mix and cook according to instructions (about 3 minutes).
- 6. At the end of cooking time add parsley, curcuma, marjoram and oregano.
- 7. Serve hot.
